What fabrics do you use?

Long Scarf:

10m/m Silk Georgette (100% Silk); a sheer, lightweight, dull-finished crêpe fabric, made with highly twisted yarns.

Square Scarf:

12m/m Silk Satin (100% Silk) ; A highly reflective fabric that achieves an almost liquid like gloss, with a fine woven finish that is cooling and light on the skin.

Mini Scarf:

16m/m Silk Twill (100% Silk); a fabric with an obvious weave yet a smooth texture. Drapes well, with great luster and excellent durability for the weight of the fabric

Neckties:

12 m/m  Silk Twill (100%) – a fabric with an obvious pattern of diagonal parallel ribs. Stains are less noticeable on the uneven surface of twill than on smooth surfaces.

Unisex T-Shirts:

100% Fine Jersey Cotton

Print method: Direct to Garment

Full Print Dresses:

Material: Cotton Lycra; a synthetic fiber known for its exceptional elasticity.

Can I order an item that has sold out?

Unfortunately, all Rym Silk scarves are limited to 10 exclusive prints per design.

We have limited quantities of T-shirts available in stock, however, t-shirt prints that have sold out can still be ordered (via Contact us page). Please allow up to 20 days where the item is made to order.

What T-shirt sizes can I order?

We currently have sizes S / M / L available in stock.

However, other sizes we can produce are XS / XL / 2XL & 3XL

What other T-shirt colors can I order?

We currently have Black & White T-shirts available in stock.

However, we can provide you with a print on whatever t-shirt color you need.

Can I order a custom designed t-shirt?

Unfortunately, we do not take any custom design orders at the moment.

How do I take care of my Tshirts?

Every Rym product purchased includes a complimentary care card that instructs you on how to take care of your product.

 

T-Shirts

Our prints are long lasting if properly cared for. To avoid cracking or fading, shirts are to be washed inside out in cold water with similar colors using a gentle cycle.

If ironing is necessary, iron inside-out on the lowest setting.

The inks used are water based, pigmented inks that are naturally sourced and environmentally friendly.

How do I take care of my Silk Scarf?

Every Rym product purchased includes a complimentary care card that instructs you on how to take care of your product.

Scarves & Pocket Squares:

All Rym scarves are made of 100% natural fibers. It is advised that your scarf be dried cleaned, or steam dried. You may carefully hand wash your scarf, however it cannot be machine washed or dried due to the delicate and fine nature of the fabrics.

How can I style my Long scarf?

Rym’s Long Scarves can be worn as head scarf, neck scarf, or a shawl.

How can I style my square scarf?

Every square scarf purchased comes along with a complimentary ‘how to wear’ booklet that’s features step-by-step instructions on the various ways to use your square scarf.

Square scarves can be worn in a variety of different ways, from headbands to turbans, neck scarves, waist belts, kimonos, bag accessory, and more.

How can I style my mini scarf?

Rym’s mini scarves can be worn by both men and women; as a pocket square or neck scarf for men, or a headband, neck scarf, wrist band or bag accessory for women.

Can custom/bulk orders be produced for corporate use?

For corporations requiring bulk/custom orders, kindly contact us.

Can I adjust the length of my dress?

Yes! We can shorten the dress to your desired length, kindly request this adjustment at the time of your order.

How do I take care of my Dress?

Every Rym product purchased includes a complimentary care card that instructs you on how to take care of your product.

Dresses:

It is important to treat a lycra garment properly to allow it to retain its elastic qualities as long as possible. The care is quite easy and the garments will last a long time if instructions are followed through:

  • Wash inside out.
  • Hand washing is best to prevent excessive stretching.
  • Use cool water for both washing and rinsing – Never use hot water when cleaning.
  • Never use fabric softener or dryer sheets.
  • Hang to drip dry (away from direct heat and sun) or dry flat. Never place in a hot clothes dryer, but if necessary, use on low temperature
  • For ironing, use a low heat setting on the iron. Keep the iron moving on the fabric and never leave the iron on one spot for too long or melting can occur.

Will my Dress shrink after washing?

Our dresses are made of Cotton Lycra- a fabric known for its smooth feel, excellent stretch and all-season comfort. However shrinkage is possible if garment is not cared for in a correct manner.

The key to minimizing any shrinkage is to avoid exposing the garment to heat when washing and/or drying, instead opt for low heat settings, or hand wash & air-dry naturally.

How do I take care of my Tie?

Every Rym product purchased includes a complimentary care card that instructs you on how to take care of your product.

 

Neckties:

Storage:

Always untie your ties after wearing and hang them for storage or place them loosely rolled in a drawer.

Do not fold ties or leave them tied or crumpled, as they wrinkle very easily.

Cleaning:

Wash by hand with cold water and gentle liquid laundry soap.

Hang to dry and do not wring it out.

Avoid dry cleaning, since it involves harsh chemicals.

Remove stains immediately by gently blotting with club soda.

If the stain contains grease, sprinkle a little talcum powder or cornstarch on it and leave it overnight before brushing away carefully.

Wrinkles:

Steam ties to get rid of wrinkles.

Avoid ironing neckties because irons are likely to discolor silk ties.

If you must iron your tie, place a towel beneath it, cover it with a slightly damp towel and use the lowest temperature setting on your iron. Allow the towels to dry before lifting them from the tie.

Travel:

When traveling, either hang men’s ties in a garment bag or store them rolled up in the breast pocket of a suit.

If you pack them rolled, remove them and let them hang overnight before wearing to allow any wrinkles to relax.

How do I take care of my Pocket Square?

Every Rym product purchased includes a complimentary care card that instructs you on how to take care of your product.

Pocket Squares:

All Rym scarves are made of 100% natural fibers. It is advised that your scarf be dried cleaned, or steam dried. You may carefully hand wash your scarf, however it cannot be machine washed or dried due to the delicate and fine nature of the fabrics.

What Bracelet size should I get?

We recommend you measure your wrist size prior to placing your order, and go for the size available closest to it. We do not accept returns or refunds so kindly ensure the size you select is the correct one.

7” is generally recommended for petite wrists.

8” Largest size available, for bigger wrists.

I got the wrong bracelet size, can I exchange it?

We would be happy to exchange your bracelet to another one of the correct size, given the item (in the size you want) is still in stock.

If not, we would be happy to exchange it with another design.

However, shipping of the items will be at your cost.

We take a lot of care in the quality of our products. All orders are gift wrapped with tissue paper and packaged in a Rym presentation box.

Local deliveries

Please allow up to 3 days for local deliveries.

International Shipping

Allow up to 10 days for delivery where the item is in stock, or up to 4 weeks where the item is made to order.

The customer will be liable to pay for any local sales tax or import duty. Rym cannot be held responsible should local authorities confiscate your order or charge any delivery duties.

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

For returns and exchanges, including faulty goods, items must reach us within 30 days of receipt.

Please note, all items are inspected prior to shipping.

Please contact us to let us know that you will be returning an item, including your name and details of the product you are sending back.  We request that you provide pictures of the faulty item prior to proceeding with returning the product. Faulty items must be in a clean and dry condition. Once your item is received, an inspection takes place. If we agree that fault is from our end, then the item will be replaced.

Your Rym product can be exchanged with another of an equivalent price or more and the difference is settled with the exchange. The exchanged product needs to be in its original condition with all items included- we can only issue you with an exchange if the item(s) are in a fully re-saleable condition.

Customized products cannot be exchanged unless faulty. We recommend that you obtain proof of posting as we cannot exchange items that we do not receive.

We have the right to reject returned goods which are not returned in accordance with our returns policy.

• Rym reserves the right to make changes on any information found on the website, including price, visual image, specification and/or other information.

• Rym users acknowledge that the sales made here are to the end user and not intended for resale.

• No image or graphic on the website can be used, copied or imitated without written permission of Rym.

• No information gathered from customers will be shared with third parties. Address and telephone information is necessary for delivery purposes and other information is required for specialized sales campaigns.

• Taxes, duties and any other government charges are not included in the price.

• Any such fees are at the cost of the client, no responsibility or refund will be allowed in case of conflict with the authorities on this or related matters.
